In this episode we interview John. He applied at 12 agencies and was met with DQ's or non-selects. He knew he was a good candidate and decided to attend a full-time self-sponsored academy, work part-time, and get two bachelor degrees! His gamble paid off and he was hired while in the academy. He recently started FTO and is now working patrol.
