Lowell has lived his life by the motto ‘it’s never too late’. An author, speaker, social entrepreneur, long-distance cyclist, aspiring sailor and an environmentalist, Lowell founded the HOPE International Development Agency Japan. Lowell’s book ‘Never Too Late’ was the catalyst for his latest social enterprise, the Never Too Late Academy of which the flagship course is called “Daring to Realize Your Dream”.
