In this week's episode, psychotherapist Boudi Maassen​ and I talk with Nic Danta​, Penrith Valley Learning Centre Principal and  Shannon Patrick Decker​, business owner of Now and Zen landscaping about intergenerational responsibility.  In his business, Shannon aims for timeless structures that will last long into the future and he talks about transitioning into the workforce with the help of his parents.  In his position as Principal of Penrith Valley Learning Centre, Nic encounters the problem of intergenerational unemployment and the importance of guiding adolescents onto the right path.
