The multi-talented Matt Xian stops by Synchronicity to talk art collectives, music and mindfulness. Matt is co-founder of one of my favorite online channels, TIMEWHEEL and is also in the band Something Fiction. TIMEWHEEL is an independent record label, creative studio and artistic platform based in San Antonio, founded in 2013 by a collective of artists to create and celebrate forward-thinking music, art and culture. I first tuned into TIMEWHEEL when a friend shared one of their awesome posts on Facebook and since then I've enjoyed learning more about this digital art collective that includes a record label, web site and various social media channels. In this episode Matt and I delve into the intersection of art and community and specifically how creativity and art are ultimately wonderful maps for tracking consciousness.
