Not only are these two ladies tremendous runners, but Avery is also a personal trainer and Sarah is pursuing her childhood goal of a career in medicine. We talk about the part they played in the creation of the BIPOC Varsity Association which was created to hold stakeholders in the athletic program accountable for the experience of its BIPOC athletes. These ladies are fun, energetic, and serious about finding ways to make change for the future.
