As you may know, I read and listen to multiple books weekly on Audible. There are just a handful of books that I’ve read/listened to 5 or more times. Never Split the Difference is such a book. I picked it up because I like books about negotiation and persuasion… I like to utilize information in these books to create better hypnosis scripts. What I found was, not only is this an excellent book on negotiation… It is a book on becoming a Zen master with your emotions. We are going to talk about his book and emotional intelligence on the podcast. Subscribe and tune in!! Chris Voss CEO, Author, Negotiation Expert Chris Voss is CEO of the Black Swan Group and author of the national best-seller "Never Split The Difference: Negotiating As If Your Life Depended On It," which was named one of the seven best books on negotiation. A 24-year veteran of the FBI, Chris retired as the lead international kidnapping negotiator. Drawing on his experience in high-stakes negotiations, his company specializes in solving business communication problems using hostage negotiation solutions. Their negotiation methodology focuses on discovering the “Black Swans,” small pieces of information that have a huge effect on an outcome. Chris and his team have helped companies secure and close better deals, save money, and solve internal communication problems. Chris has been featured in TIME, Business Insider, Entrepreneur, Inc., Fast Company, Fortune, The Washington Post, SUCCESS Magazine, Squawk Box, CNN, ABC News and more. https://blackswanltd.com/ www.allwaysanotherway.com

The name Darkest Knight is the name of my Wattpad account where I read some fanfictions but I also read on Quotev, Fanfiction.net Fictionpress, and AO3. Fanfiction has always been a part of my childhood since I have discovered anime. I know if you watch anime you came across fanfiction as well. People assume that fanfictions are poorly written which is not the case; if anything, most of them are good just not never completed which is also sad. My goal is to read fanfics just so it's not completely deleted and enjoy being in another world.
