The drama triangle has three "points," or "roles," to it: the victim, the persecutor, and the rescuer. And when we get into an argument with our partner, we can often end up battling it out for which of us gets to play the role of the victim. In a healthy relationship, there are no victims, babe. There's room for duality. You are able to accept your part in the problem...without taking responsibility for his part.
