Ep. 66: Trash or Treasure?/The Preservation Paradox

On this episode, I discuss the old phrase, "one man's trash is another man's treasure," and how it might apply to what I call the "paradox of historic preservation. I dive deep into the debate in a small village in central Indiana, Zionsville, and how some of the townsfolk are hesitant to embark on a new process of historic designation for some parts of their village.
