As a junior in high school, she was the passenger of a car involved in a drunk driving accident. which left her paralyzed and seeking out her new normal.As she was finding her way through the world in a wheelchair, she suffered the devastating loss of her father.Lainy once again found a way to persevere through tragedy. She graduated withShe also created The Lainy Loyola Foundation, which is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing technologically advanced walking devices to rehabilitation facilities and individuals with spinal cord injury to improve their physical and mental well being in society.
