Paul has extensive clinical and research experience in a range of NHS Mental Health Services. His research Interests and writing include, the integration of MI and CBT (Atkinson and Earnshaw, 2019), MI Theory (Earnshaw, 2021), COVID-19 (in press), MI Implementation in Organisations (Atkinson and Earnshaw, 2022).
