from The 4th Box · host Bri

This coming weekend is the 250th anniversary of "The Shot Heard Round The World." The start of the American Revolution. We are taking this time on this week's episode to commemorate those brave men and women who stood so bravely, so defiantly 250 years ago on the Lexington green.Their courage bought us the freedom we have today- the same freedom we all too often, take for granted. Through the episode, we recount the stories of how it all began and we ask the question - "Do we even know such freedom?"Click below for the story of Samuel Whittemore:https://newenglandhistoricalsociety.com/samuel-whittemore-the-oldest-bravest-and-maybe-craziest-american-revolutionary/“It is better to fight and fail than to sit idly while tyranny thrives.” – Paul RevereAlso available on: Rumble @thefourthboxYoutube @The4thBoxPodcastAs always, we continue your continued support.
