Here's the deal: What would happen in the world if politicians made platforms based on gratitude? What if they actively promoted meditation and other mindfulness practices?  Letting go of your Ego is not easy and you can’t change your environment until you change how you react to things. Making time for yourself is a foundational step to begin changing your mentality is.
