Ep.69 - "100 Years Old & Still Sue His Ass" W/ ToeKnee Tee

from "What's Good?" W/ Charlie Taylor · host The 5th Element Podcast Network

Continuing our interview SZN, we go to Pirate Studios in Earlsfield, London to meet with a true independent artist. Hailing from the US, ToeKnee Tee is the least 'homegrown' artist I've met so far. Instead of going the usual route an artist does by hitting up local shows and gaining a following, Tee instead jetted off to Australia and now around Europe going where the gigs are and making connections along the way. It's a fascinating path and I'm proud to hear his story. We also take the conversation to many other places such as sampling, independence and ethics of the music business. Thank you for listening!
