Kelly Rippon is only the 2nd mom I have had on the show. Kelly is an author, inspiring speaker, Olympic parent and single mom of six amazingly accomplished kids, Kelly is a relatable and humorous storyteller. She weaves together her years as a successful parent, corporate trainer, college instructor and world traveler into dynamic presentations that have us all rethinking what authentic leadership means and how we can lead more effectively with some simple changes. Kelly leaves participants motivated with heightened awareness and feeling better about themselves. Whether it's a keynote, panel discussion, or a conference breakout session Kelly engages every audience member to a call to action and makes the most of every moment. She has a very interesting story that she shares in the episode, but I wanted to have her on because not only has she managed to build a successful life for herself and her kids, but she has recently published a parenting book called Parent Up. The title caught my attention. In this episode we dive deep into how Kelly, a single mom, was able to balance her time between all six of her kids. Not only that, but we also get into the power of affirmations and the techniques she used to empower all her kids with confidence.
