Tiffany is on a crusade to elevate the field of social work. Kristin Malaer, an LCSW from Texas with 15 years of experience in social work. For the past nine years, Kristin has specialized as a heart transplant and LVAD social worker, advocating for patients facing heart failure. She's also deeply involved in professional organizations, serving as Committee Co-Chair for Social Workers in ICCAC and LVAD Social Work Committee Chair for STSW.
