Christen is an experienced attorney, mediation professional, author, and adjunct law school instructor who brings a variety of experiences to a multifaceted legal career. She has an extensive background litigating complex intellectual property matters in state and federal courts, spearheading mass toxic tort actions, and co-managing ADR programs for institutional clients. She also works on cases where the government has passed laws that increase the threat of harm to women and children. Christen is a neutral panel member with the United States District Court, Western District of New York. She is a regular volunteer for regional mediation competitions at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. She has been a certified arbitrator and mediator for more than 25 years.
