Ep. 7 - Sean Chiddy - CBT, Psychotherapy, Plant Medicine & Integration

Sean and I have worked together for a number of years and I have a lot of respect for his work. Sean is a psychologist who works with CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), leads plant medicine retreats, and works with integrating people’s experiences after workshops.
