Ep 7 The One About The Bruery

Episode 7 was so chock-full of beer geek-dom that we had to split it into two parts. Part one includes an opening beer rant about last weekend’s grand opening at The Bruery in Meridian. Then we do a little brew news and our interview with The Bruery owner/operator Jimbo Wood. Jimbo was such an awesome guest that I decided to run basically the whole interview and push Friday Night Pints to a part two. Jimbo is a great guy. He was so fascinated with craft beer that he actually sent away for beers while still in college, which is next level beer nerd stuff. Our chat led us down many roads including how he got to Idaho all the way from Alabama and how he then hooked up with the owners of The Bruery in Orange County to open his own spot in the Treasure Valley.
