EP 70: DON'T GET CAUGHT IN THE FUD!! PRIORITIZE YOUR ENERGY

Recently there was a huge manipulation in the market that dropped prices well over 50% and the term FUD was being used a lot. FUD stands for Fear Uncertainty DOUBT...The media pushes the FUD to put people in a state of panic and fear where they make irrational decision.Humans have been intentionally kept in this cycle of highs and lows...this emotional roller coaster that makes it difficult to feel grounded and in your power. We have to start getting off the emotional roller coaster and have mastery over our emotions not letting them run our lives. We will never be free collectively until we do this.One of the most important messages coming through me right now is PRIORITIZING YOUR ENERGY! Getting very clear on where you are investing your energy and surrounding yourself with people who see you and share your vision.Bringing yourself back to your center, breathing slow, relaxing, and grounding into your body when you feel anxiety start to make its way in.
