Caitlin is the founder of ClinicianX - but before that, she was a burnt-out early year therapist who took off on a 14 month adventure around Australia. During her travels she got stuck into locum work in regional locations across the country, and found herself pondering on the lack of supervision available to OT's in these areas. ClinicianX was born from the idea of making high quality supervision more accessible.
