Ep. 71: Channel the energy of a middle aged white man

Today's ep we talk about mental health, well-being and career success and how they are all intertwined.  Emma Stapelton is Head of Customer Success at Mecca brands, and as impressive as her title is, it's honestly the least interesting thing about her. Emma & I's conversation dives deep into what it took to get her to where she is today, her struggle with mental health, chronic illness and all the other sh*t life throws at you while you're trying to work and figure out who tf you are??  Emma is sooo wise, and shares so many incredible gems and tools from her own experiences that I can't wait for you to hear.  Challenge: Take a piece of paper & write down all of the change you've experienced in your life (work, personal etc.). After you do that, take another piece of paper and write down a list of your 10 best qualities (the things you like the most about yourself, your strengths etc.).
