Jillian Kreinbring is a Functional Anatomy expert and charming to boot. She's been studying this stuff her entire adult life, has a M.S. in it, and has been running the roads teaching it for over 20 years. Her goal is to teach you how to keep your horse working for longevity and vitality. She began flipping ponies for the local sale barn as a youngster. She spent time in Germany riding western of all things and for the latter half of her career has been a student of Manolo Mendez and has been influenced by other teachers like Peggy Cummings, Stephanie Millham, Mark Russel, and Betina Drummond. While her western roots are still in tact, she's a Classical Dressage rider these days. She's a big proponent of in-hand work and using the various types of cavesons for maximum communication.This talk gets pretty deep into the structures and movement consequences of those structures. We talk about what lateral flexion really is, skeletal maturation, collection, different postures for different goals and much more.Jillian also has a Books and Bourbon Club along with her friend, Suzanne.
