Reasa Selph is an award-winning entrepreneur, business strategist, mother, and passionate advocate for patient safety. Two days later, he collapsed in septic shock and spent more than a month in intensive care at Cook Children’s, undergoing multiple surgeries to save his life. Now 12, Nicholas lives with permanent injuries, and Reasa has turned her family’s fight into a mission: raising awareness about sepsis, hospital accountability, and the power of parents to advocate for their children. At the same time, she continues to champion small businesses through her agency, drawing from her own story of perseverance to help others grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose.Today, she joins us to share her family’s journey, the lessons learned as both a mother and entrepreneur, and why no parent — and no business owner — should have to walk through crisis alone. Please contact me at the belowEMAIL: [email protected]: Conversations with Iris Podcast
