WHO IS SARAH? Sarah Nganga is the Lead Project Coordinator for the Rockwell Grant at Legacy Community Health, a premier full-service Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with locations in the Greater Houston Area. Specifically, this project focuses on combating alarming high rates of STIs/HIV in black women through social networking and intervention (i.e., PrEP Education). Currently, she is located at Legacy’s Fifth Ward location on Lyons Avenue. Originally from DFW Metroplex, Sarah fell in love with the City of Houston after completing her degree in B.S Health- specialization in Health Promotions at the University of Houston.
