Ep. 72 It Will Hurt and You Can Handle It

When you want a new life you have to choose new things. You want what you don't have now. You desire a successful business, more money, better relationships, more ease with health and it can be helpful to say a formal goodbye to the identity you're letting go of. Hold a funeral if you want to but then turn your focus to where you're going, not where you've been. The Siren call of the old will be strong but the longer you keep your focus forward the easier it gets. Feel the pain, the discomfort, the urge to go back to your addictions or your familiar bad feeling place and keep on going!
