In this episode, Chuck shares how in a world where internet sales is a black box of ad agencies who blame the sales page for lack of return on ad spend (ROAS), and landing page teams blame the offer for low conversion rates, eCommerce owners need a technical expert that can shine a light into the sales process and find the gaps. Over the past decade, Chuck’s technical expertise in website conversion has been used to grow companies from 6 to 7, 8, and even 9 figures. This exponential growth can be attributed to his holistic approach to improving website performance and then driving conversions. Most small to medium-sized businesses are unable to afford a full-time chief technology officer (CTO), so this critical role is layered into other people’s job responsibilities and often done poorly.
