Hey friend! Let’s talk about the importance of being proactive vs reactive in your life so that when life sends you a hard time you are equipped to handle it and get through it as best as you can. Life is hard! We all go through things that are out of our control. We lose jobs, struggle financially, have health scares, but when we aren’t prepared to handle the hard, it makes it so much harder to deal with. We need to ask ourselves the “What If’s” that matter. We need to set up a future right now when life is normal vs waiting until it’s too late and doing it when life is crazy. We need to kick stress and anxiety to the curb by being proactive and taking care of the important things now. Being reactive is uncomfortable and leads to major stress so let’s talk about changing this approach so that you are better prepared for the hard and can sleep better at night.
