Since then he´s gone on to win the National 5ok Title, the Limerick Marathon, the Glendalough Lap of the Gap marathon and the Waterford Viking marathon as well as a host of other wins and podiums and today we´ll get to hear from Tudor how he trains, what drives him and his fascinating back story.
