Greg walks us through the contract, from executed offer to a successful closing. Some of the most common mistakes seen by Greg are real estate agents using the terminology “On or before” for the closing date. This comes from other states and is not a term used in Florida. In Florida Buyers and Sellers do not need an attorney to read the contract, but it is a good idea to have an attorney available for the title process because no two deals are ever the same.
