Ep #73: Take Up Your Space

from Living Your Path · host Cecile Fery: Career and Life Coach for Women

Women often find it challenging to speak confidently, and take up their space. It has become a habit to not fully express ourselves, as some form of protection. In this episode, we explore why that is, what this situation creates, and how to change it. This is a big call for women to stop being small or apologising when it isn't necessary, and to step into a version of themselves that feels good enough to talk and contribute.  Please share this episode with your female friends and colleagues, as it will change forever how they speak in the presence of others. And we need change on an individual basis, in order to affect the collective level. So the more awareness we can generate, the better it is for all of us.  FOR FULL SHOW NOTES AND FURTHER INFORMATION VISIT: https://www.careercatchup.com/episode73
