Ep. 73 You’re A Human, Not A Productivity Machine!! (prioritizing LIVING over productivity addiction lol)

from Floating Rock

Hi friends! Today's episode is all about a disease I think many of us have... and that is a productivity addiction. Especially in our 20's there is so much LIFE TO LIVE and I feel like that can be bogged down at times with a guilt of not using that time to be productive. It's incredible to live a life of ambition, hustle, and big dreams, but sometimes that leaves us kicking our own human experience to the curb. Big milestones and achievements are great, but its those small in between moments, relationships, and feelings that are really the fabric of life, and are what we end up remembering. I hope this episode inspires you to have less guilt for being the human that you are and embracing your experiences, even if they don't check anything off of your to do list.
