In 2013, Elizabeth was in fitness and had been for many years. She began studying feminine archetypes to be more feminine because she felt she wasn't feminine enough. She is a self-proclaimed tomboy but also realized that being feminine is not just being prissy and what we see in fairy tales. She began writing on her blog and social media and started a FB group called the Soul Movement Salon to talk about these things.
