Ep 75: Spring Cleaning Helps You Lose Weight

Happy Spring! Spring is in the air and flowers are blooming. Time to switch out the closets to brighter colors and lighter clothing. And with that comes the bug to clean and organize–or is that just me? Spring is a great time to free up space from our homes and our bodies. Over the years, I’ve noticed how easily and often these two things go together.  How we do one thing is how we do everything, so once we get a taste of the feeling of lightness in one area, we want it in other areas as well. Tune into this episode to learn how Spring Cleaning and weight loss can go hand in hand. It’s important to remind you that we don’t do all or nothing around here, so no grand plans to clean out the garage in one go.
