Jacob Myers thru-hiked the Arizona Trail early this year and is joining us today to tell us all about it! Not only was the desert vastly different from the lush, rainforest-like Appalachian Mountains he grew up in, but it was one of the driest summers on record in Arizona, making the adjustment even more challenging.
