ep 77: 1 way to figure out if this change is actually what you want and need | a tip for creating routines that work for your neurodiverse brain (creating daily routines that work for ADHDers part 6)
from Do I have ADHD? | mental health, procrastination, organization, overstimulated, focus, ADHD mom · host Cheska Nicole
The “why” tends to be super important to ADHDers. If you have a neurodivergent brain, it’s probably helpful for you to be in tune with what’s important to you and what the benefits are. Keep asking yourself why until you get down to the main motivation. Creating routines can be helpful but only if you’re actually in tune with what you want and need. Ready for 1:1 ADHD Coaching?
