Ep. 77 - Caring Before Curing

In todays episode we continue our study of the value of solitude and learn that from it we gain the capacity to truly care. We read a passage out of Henry Nouwen’s book “Out of Solitude” where he teaches us the true value of caring and how profoundly care can change peoples lives - but how equally damaging curing people without care can be. It cautions those of us who believe in the healing miracles of God to remember that people aren’t projects and that our first priority should be caring for the one in front of us over any sort of miracle we may witness.
