Ep...78 Carson, Hyrum & Asher/ Riff Wood

This episode we catchup with the young lads (15 and 16 year olds) from the band @riffwood. Our podcast is about new finds and when we came across them our first thought was, is this the next big thing. I would say their sound is more of a rock/pop punk with catchy tones and relatable lyrics. Riff Woods popularity has soared in the past months, and I am pretty excited for these guys! We first featured the band on episode 59/ Reach Arounds and we thought, before they get too big, let's get them on for a chat! We discuss how they just decided they wanted to start a band, how they chose who was playing what instrument (with not knowing how to play any as yet) Watto asks about no bass player, how they go about writing and recording, live performances, battle of the bands, band practice, influences, family support, who they would love to play with (past and present) favorite album of 2024, past time out of music.
