✨Ep: 78 Cassie Green, The Elderberry Queen! ✨

from ALLWays Another Way · host Marina Sbrochi

Inspiration. Purpose. Drive. Resilience. Reframe. Finding your niche. Finding Yourself. I can’t wait to talk to Cassie Green of Cassie Green Health. Cassie Green has been in the health, wellness and food world for over 11 years. After previously spending 10 years in corporate sales and management, she opened her first business, a boutique organic grocery store in 2008 called Green Grocer Chicago. After opening a second store in 2013 in Dallas, she decided to deepen her studies of health and nutrition so she completed the Certified Health Coach program with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. While building her private health coaching practice and winding down her Dallas grocery store, she and her husband got an opportunity to purchase a very small local elderberry syrup company that they loved. After streamlining the production process and rebranding (to Cassie Green Health), Cassie began offering their small batch, clean ingredient, immune system supportive elderberry syrup to local stores and juice bars. She and her husband sold their Chicago grocery store in 2018 to focus on their growing elderberry business. Cassie Green Health elderberry syrup is now sold in more than 150 stores nationwide as well as online at www.cassiegreenhealth.com and Amazon. Cassie has been the recipient of several awards and has been featured in publications such as Chicago Magazine (Green Award and Best New Green Entrepreneur), Crain’s Chicago Business, NPR, TimeOut Chicago, Huffington Post, D Magazine, The Kitchn, Chicago Reader, LA Times, Apartment Therapy, Organic Consumers Association (Top Grocer), Chicago Tribune (Remarkable Person Award). www.allwaysanotherway.com
