Ep 78: I Went Back to My College Campus to Heal Karmic Ties

Identity is ever evolving and changing, but sometimes we get stuck in the past. This episode takes you on a journey back to my college campus, where I visited by 20 year old self. I intuitively looked into past life karma, trauma bolds and anxious attachment patterns that I was holding in my body. I chose to actively heal these ties with energetic practices and create a more empowering identity for myself.
