Arundel went to Episcopal School of Dallas and graduated in 1997. She went to a couple of colleges and graduated with a television degree at Southern Methodist University in 2005. Arundel then moved to Los Angeles to pursue her career as a television producer of talk and reality television. After 4 years, she moved back to Dallas to work in television, public relations, social media, non- profit fundraising, was a writer and then met the love of her life. She married her amazing husband in October 2013. Then she embarked on a journey of motherhood and has never turned back. As a mother of two and a wife in Dallas, TX.
