Achievement - I want to pass my licensure exam; Learning - I want to study 3 therapeutic theories outside of the one I love and use regularly Achievement - I want my locs to reach mid back this year; Learning - I want to figure out which oil helps my locs retain moisture Achievement - I want to read one book a month; Learning - I want to discover my favorite Toni Morrison novel this year Make it a challenge rather than a threat Threat - I need to practice for my defense or I will fail it; Challenge - I need to prepare to have the type of defense I want Threat - I need to lose weight or I will get diabetes and have a heart attack; Challenge - I want to find healthy habits that will support my wellbeing Make it meaningful Tie it to a personal value, bc then its internalized Write it down! Writing encourages better memory recall bc it involves neuro senors and fine motor skills. Activates more parts of our brain Writing is grounding! Writing is manifesting That same Harvard study found that those who wrote their goals down out earned their peers by 84%. This is obviously correlation, not causation, but shiiiiiit! I believe in the power of manifesting! Word 00:47:51 Its on sight for Butigege! Nikketa breaks down important differences between the Bernie and Warren campaigns. She highlights 3 tensions between the two candidates. Bernie needs Nikeeta!
