Ep. 8: F is for Finlaggan

from Caskheads · host caffeineaddledminds

So it turns out that my computer doesn't just automatically upload these things out of the kindness of its heart when I forget to and then months down the line I realise I never did click the button. (My Bad) In this episode we look at an independent bottling of an Islay single malt called Finlaggan bottled by the Vintage malt whisky company. We compare their standard bottling of Finlaggan to one of my favourites they do which is the port cask finish version. The whiskies we are trying are their Finlaggan Old Reserve release bottled at 40%. And the Finlaggan Port Cask Finish 46% I'd also like to thank the Vintage Malt Whisky Company for releasing these great whiskies. For those who enjoy our caffeine addled minds' creations I should also mention we have a second podcast which is fictional (or is it?) named GNSradio where an infinitely shadowy mega corporation with seemingly limitless amounts of money close to hand moves into a small town and slowly takes over. If you think it sounds fun or just want to shut me up check it out check out GNSradio now wherever you get your podcasts from or check out the teasers on here.
