Today, we have Kacy Small on the show. Some of you may know him as Coach Kacy. Some of you may know him as CruzWorld Customs. And some of you may just know him from the many fields he has played on across nearly 30 years of playing the game.Kacy is the head women’s lacrosse coach at Bishop Shanahan High School in Pennsylvania, where he has built one of the best programs in the state. He is also the founder of Shake School Lacrosse, an online lacrosse skills training platform where he has trained thousands of athletes, including many pro players you will see this summer in the PLL and WLL.
