I had the privilege of sitting down with Mason (@edtechmason) on this episode of The EdTech Bites Podcast. If you know anything about the EdTech movers and shakers in Texas, then you probably know or know of Mason. This is the first episode with no food is involved but it is still good conversation, which included food talk. Specifically, Dallas, Forth Worth eats.
