Ep. 8: Pleasure is the Feeling of Freedom!

This episode is dedicated to learning how to love and celebrate the body you’re in as not only a radical act of self love, but an act of rebellion! Dear Listener, I hold for you and myself, a huge vision and I want to state this vision in this episode: Of the revolution to seek a balance of power, the revolution begins with you.  The revolution is you! In the work I have been called to do, I fight for the right and freedom to thrive from our body’s wisdom.  To operate from the knowledge that pleasure is our birthright so we may be unashamed and unafraid to experience and express pleasure.  To embrace our sexuality as the most vital resource to create the lives we have always dreamed of.  To teach our children and talk openly and with great respect about our bodies as we prioritize our sensual and sexual wellness as essential aspects of our healing.
