I'm joined by Eric Hinman, a name that if you haven't heard of already, i'm sure you'll be hearing a lot of going forward. A 5x Ironman Finisher, Eric embodies wellness. From what you eat, to sauna and cold exposure & all types of training, strategically intense to be optimal and stay optimal. Through this lifestyle he has attracted all sorts of innovative and pre-emptive thinking brands that support the wellness lifestyle. As an investor and brand ambassador for many of the leading brands in health and wellness, Eric is at the forefront of the wave of new age/old school chapter of wellness that incorporates all of the knowledge accessible to us.
