In this weeks podcast episode we will be going over a case study where we have a 31 y/o G5P5005 status post spontaneous vaginal delivery of a 10lb 1oz infant. Following delivery she presented with sharp excruciating pain of left hip and groin. She reported feeling a ‘pop’ with pushing the baby out and after delivery recovery, was unable to bear weight.
