Self-worth is something that billions of people struggle with and I say billions because nearly everyone I meet struggles with it in some way or another. Many compare themselves to others in several areas of life and often they then come up “not good enough.” People compare appearances, financial worth, social circles, careers, and achievements and then often they don’t measure up in comparison. And, this is a self-sabotaging trap because in many ways comparable in a huge cause of unhappiness.
