Sean further shares that when we talk creative finance, there are two types.That's where the existing mortgage loans remain in place. You do a silent assumption. You assume them by agreeing with the seller that those monthly payments are going to get paid. And then the second type is seller carryback financing.That's where the seller owns the property, free and clear.
