Want to know how best to support a new or seasoned mom? Sometimes moms have a special way of juggling or wearing a superhuman / superhero cape instead of reaching out for help. With this in mind it is best to not make any assumptions on what that mom may need and just ask how you can best support them on their motherhood journey. Each mom has a special way of dealing with various things but pride can get in the way at times because some may see that asking for help is a sign of weakness versus a sign of strength. So as a seasoned and new mom again I have realize that I need to ask for help and receive help to lessen the load because it can be overwhelming especially when you are trying to get in a new groove.
